• Staying Slim is wholly owned by Titania Solutions Limited, a United Kingdom based Computer Technology Services and Software company.

• We do not collect any personal information about you, our web server only collects performance and web management information (such as what web browser you are using, and which pages are requested that do not exist). You can view all the information that the questionnaire and quick vote features collect using the links on the menu on the left.

• If and when we setup a Internet Shop (providing Staying Slim related items such as Books, Videos, Vitamin Tablets or Exercise Equipment) we would have to store information such as your name, address for shipping and accounting purposes and we would not provide the information to any one else (including any sister / parent companies).

• We cannot control what information maybe collected by a third party such as our association with Amazon.co.uk, when you follow a link to their site, you should ask for their policy documents regarding what information they collect.

• The association with Amazon.co.uk means that you will be able to purchase on-line the books, videos or DVD's that we have reviewed on this site. To us the association means that if you do make any purchases on-line we would obtain a small commission from Amazon that we can use to pay for the operational costs of running this web site.

• We accept submissions for material for this site from anyone who wants to provide us with the material, any material that we decide to publish may be edited before it is submitted to this web site (the same applies to any pictures provided).
